So wedding planning has a lot of unexpected expenses and a video was something that Braxton and I were very on the fence about. Low and behold we interviewed many vendors and just clicked with Amanda from Honeydew Films. Today we got our "feature film" and I couldn't be happier. The day was such a blur to me, it was so great to have the energy and feeling captured on film. Pictures to come!

Honeymoon - At Sea
Here's the last day of our honeymoon - at sea!
Pre Couples massage! Thanks Uncle Mark and Marisa/Krista/Natalie!
Post-Couples Massage! We got to listen to the ocean and really relax!
Trivia at the Schooner's Bar. We won!
Honeymoon - Curacao
For our last port, we were in Curacao. We had done our research and decided to rent a car and go to an amazing beach, Playa Cas Abao. It was a beautiful hidden gem. I would go back to Curacao in a heartbeat!
Enjoying our champagne from Elissa and George!
Dinner at Giovanni's Table, our specialty restaurant thanks to my work friends! It was THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD I have ever had.
Honeymoon - Bonnaire
Bonnaire is a snorkeling gem at the bottom of the Southern Caribbean. I will update with some video/pics when I have them, but we saw amazing coral and fish!
Bonnaire was also another formal night. It's nice getting a change to dress up!
Sailing towards Aruba!
Honeymoon - St. Martin
This would be our second time visiting St. Martin and it continues to be a favorite. This time around, we rented some beach chairs on a beautiful beach and went swimming/snorkeling.
St. Martin was also Formal Night #1. Time to go to dinner.
Thanks for the reserve bottle of wine, Tara! It was perfect for this special occasion.
He made an elephant towel!
Honeymoon - The Ship
Here are a few fun pictures aboard our cruise ship! We were able to go rock climbing, go down water slides, see ice dancing shows, and ride the flow rider (videos to come).
Getting ready to board the ship!
Check out those water slides!
This is a view of the water slide from the buffet window. It went over the ocean. How cool!
Champagne and strawberries from Elissa and George! What a wonderful way to begin our honeymoon!
Many of our friends and coworkers gave us rounds of beverages to enjoy throughout our trip. Cheers to the first of many beverages!
A drink on the balcony!
The theatre!
Our favorite bar, the moonlight lounge, was on the 14th story and overlooked the whole ship.
The promenade on Deck 7 cut through the center of the ship and looked like a city street with restaurants, boutiques, and bars.
Late night comedy show!
Ice shows!
The elevator went all the way to the top. It was like you were soaring through the planets!
The main dining room! What a beautiful place!
Honeymoon - Puerto Rico
Wow! What a whirlwind of a year so far. There will be a wedding series once we get our wedding pictures back, but for now I will update everyone on our Honeymoon! Thank-you to everyone who gifted us a honeymoon experience! We are in the process of getting special thank-yous in the mail.
Our first trip as a married couple was amazing! We went on a cruise through Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines to San Juan, St Martin, Bonnaire, Aruba, and Curacao. (Note: I will update with more pictures once I can get on Braxton's computer and add some GoPro pictures).
Let's start with a day in Puerto Rico!
On the plane to PR! I must have had coffee by then because I look kind of human.
We went to Castillo San Cristobal that has been around since the 1500s. It was an amazing experience and provided some beautiful views of the island.
Braxton would have been a bit tall to work here.
However, I fit just fine.
Strong breezes and cannon balls!
Making a wish for a happy future!
Fancy throw!
At dinner, we ran into a gentleman in the military stationed on the island. He insisted that we had to go to this dive bar and get a Jelly Fish shot. What you cannot tell from this picture is that it was lit on fire. I was not brave enough for this challenge, so I left it all to Braxton.
Well, the straw melted halfway through this photo, but it was certainly a cool experience.
After a long day in San Juan, we were off to the cruise ship to begin our adventure at sea!
