This past weekend was a relaxing yet busy weekend at home. Besides all of the organizing, a good jog, and some volunteering, the highlight of my weekend was on Friday at the DPAC watching Wizard of Oz. It was Braxton's first visit to the DPAC - between that and a yummy yummy dinner at Cuban Revolution - it was a lovely evening. Thanks to Mom and Dad for the Date Night!

Spring Fling!
Oh the perks of dating someone who is still in academia: Spring Dances. This next week begins Braxton's finals and as a fundraiser for their class, we went to a Spring Fling dance. It was fun to celebrate the end of Braxton's second semester at Gregory Vineyards with all of his classmates.
I look tall in this picture!
Brittney and I - My Pittsburgh connections live on!
I never pass up the opportunity to dance to some beach music!

Those are some good looking PA-S and their support systems.
Here's to 2nd semester, Braxton! Two down, one to go...
Ellie's Bachelorette Weekend!
This post was long overdue! Last weekend, I took a weekend trip to NoVA (Northern VA) to visit my dear friend, Ellie, for her bachelorette weekend. It was complete with a bus tour with a wine tasting at two lovely vineyards, dinner at Maggiano's, and a tea party on Sunday. It did also snow on Sunday. Thank goodness spring is finally upon us!
Wills flew in from Seattle for Ellie's weekend! What a great weekend before she deploys!
Cheers to the bride!
A reunion of Kappa girls!
